Please read the Tournament Rules carefully.
Make sure you have all the necessary information ready. To correctly complete the registration form, you will need:

Club details (name, code, email, billing address, VAT/Tax ID)

Contact information of the person in charge during the tournament and the AED (defibrillator) contact person

Number of teams registered in each category (U12, U13, U14, etc.)
For each team:

Number of athletes, staff members, and accompanying persons

T-shirt quantities by size (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL)

Any food intolerances (with full name)

Name of the scorekeeper

Club logo

Payment receipt of the registration fee (can be sent later if not available)

Note: The registration will be officially accepted only after the bank transfer has been received. The payment must be made within 5 days of submitting the form.
