We will guide you step by step through the registration process for the Black Panthers Cup:

Please read the Tournament Rules carefully.

Make sure you have all the necessary information ready. To correctly complete the registration form, you will need:

  • Club details (name, code, email, billing address, VAT/Tax ID)

  • Contact information of the person in charge during the tournament and the AED (defibrillator) contact person

  • Number of teams registered in each category (U13, U14, U15, etc.)

For each team:

  • Number of athletes, staff members, and accompanying persons

  • T-shirt quantities by size (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL)

  • Any food intolerances (with full name)

  • Name of the scorer

  • Club logo and team photo (optional)

  • Payment receipt of the registration fee (can be sent later if not available)

We recommend gathering everything before starting to avoid interruptions during the registration process.

Note: The registration will be officially accepted only after the bank transfer has been received. The payment must be made within 5 days of submitting the form.
